After watching this Mastermind I believe all stakeholders (owners, investors, developers, contractors, suppliers, engineers, architects, etc.) could really benefit from this information as decisions for any project are likely to affect at least one of the gears of real estate development. The information, questions, and suggestions presented in each module are very important and helped me to learn and understand the risks and balancing act of the different stakeholders that each development requires to be successful!

Great course, lays out the fundamental practices of a development project. Having experienced a development project from start to completion, there are elements in this course that I wish I'd incorporated. Certainly could've saved some expenses, which would've made for better relationships with all involved in the project. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to become a developer.
